Office Interior Design
Space to Grow and Evolve
DB Schenker are a logistics and supply chain management industry providing thousands of products for customers who are focused on finding the best shipping solution.
Their new purpose built premises had an emphasis on a premium look while still putting the employee ergonomic comfort at the forefront of the design.
Meeting of Minds
Modern Meetings, Timeless Design
If we were to evaluate boardrooms from a usability standpoint, we would see the traditional boardroom layout is much more form than function with this DB Schenker boardroom, that is not the case. M2 Office Interiors have created a space designed to gather a large group of high-stakes employees in one location to enable them to see one another with proper sightlines, a statement piece table and above all else comfortable chairs.
There have been several improvements in audio/visual (AV) technology that can be used in part or integrated together as a whole to achieve a more collaborative space. Wireless connectivity means the space is ready for in person or video calling worldwide.
Proper use of natural light was so important to DB Schenker and was encouraged whenever possible, adding natural light to any meeting room will promote better engagement and retention of important topics discussed while also reducing headaches, eyestrain, and blurred vision.
Attention to Detail
Several layout options were discussed and provided in both 2D and 3D so the customer could get a real feel for the size and positioning of each piece of office furniture.
