Renovation without Compromise

Teagasc – the Agriculture and Food Development Authority – is the national body providing integrated research, advisory and training services to the agriculture and food industry and rural communities.

The Innovation Centre has played a pivotal role in the development of the Irish dairy industry since it was established in 1959.

Moorepark has evolved to become the focal point of research on milk production in Ireland. As the National Dairy Research Centre, Moorepark is responsible for all aspects of dairy production research.

Teagasc Moorepark generate new science and innovation to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the Irish Agri-food industry. They needed a workplace that would reflect the innovative work that they do.

M2 Office Interiors worked with Teagasc Moorepark to create a workplace that took on board the companies ethos while staying loyal to its brand. What we create was a canteen, waiting area, security room, boardroom and agile workspace that was as innovative as Moorepark itself.

Open Plan Space Where Minds Can Meet and Mouths Can Eat

Elegantly strong mono-shell seating designed for Allermuir with two standout characteristics of beauty and efficiency.

The minimalist design and shell shape will give you maximum comfort from a product created with the minimum use of materials. The chairs go perfectly with a bespoke town meeting style table designed to adapt to canteen, or training/meeting room tasks.

It was important to Teagasc Moorepark that the canteen area be a place that staff and students can enjoy together, therefore M2 Office Interiors needed to accommodate for different levels of noise.

The solution to this problem is Haven meeting booths as it creates personal privacy in a busy environment. A place for either quiet contemplation or communication and collaboration for an effective team.

Bespoke oversized bench and two tone seating helps create a sense of division and separation in the canteen layout helping with the natural flow of meeting areas and eating areas.

An executive level meeting room with sound damping acoustic panels and an exquisite boardroom table complete with leather inlays and hidden power units means you will have everything you need to power and deliver your presentation no matter where you sit.
